I have this Low Carb / Keto Spinach and Collagen Smoothie for breakfast when I’m not wanting a heavy meal. It’s also perfect for a light lunch on those occasions I have a heavy breakfast. It’s a great snack too. Who am I kidding, this Low Carb / Keto Spinach and Collagen Smoothie it’s perfect anytime.

Keto Spinach and Collagen Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1  cup Spinach, fresh
  • 1/2  cup Heavy  Cream
  • 1  serving Collagen Peptides Powder 
  • 1 – 2  squirts Stur Simple Strawberry Watermelon (or your favorite flavor)
  • 2  cups of ice cubes
  • 1/4  cup Water

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine all of the ingredients.
  2. Blend until smooth. You may need to add water.
  3. Pour into glasses and enjoy.

Notes:

On the occasions I have to add more water, usually due to adding too much ice, I add the extra Stur squirt. Otherwise, it tastes bland without it.
