I have this Low Carb / Keto Spinach and Collagen Smoothie for breakfast when I’m not wanting a heavy meal. It’s also perfect for a light lunch on those occasions I have a heavy breakfast. It’s a great snack too. Who am I kidding, this Low Carb / Keto Spinach and Collagen Smoothie it’s perfect anytime.

Keto Spinach and Collagen Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Spinach, fresh
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 serving Collagen Peptides Powder
- 1 – 2 squirts Stur Simple Strawberry Watermelon (or your favorite flavor)
- 2 cups of ice cubes
- 1/4 cup Water
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine all of the ingredients.
- Blend until smooth. You may need to add water.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy.
